  • Treat a key like a password. Anyone holding it can read the catalogue as you. Revoke it here the moment a device is lost or a key is shared by accident.
  • Hazard gaps are gaps, not clearances. Where no official lookup has resolved for a parcel, the API says so explicitly. An assistant should report that as unknown, never as low risk.
